“The guys are coming  [Tuesday] to finish up.  They were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. You’ve taught them well. I think Nick is going to call you about getting a ~keystone~ price for my fireplace.  The people who originally built this house, built their fireplace around the wood beams they had on the ceiling.  I removed them – therefore – I have a big niche in the top of the fireplace. 🙂  Thanks again for all you do.”–J.
